However, due to the nature of precious metals and market fluctuations, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the product received is incorrect, damaged during transit, or not as described.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing boris.bullionaire@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping (if applicable), and process a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
